Suboxone Detox for Methadone and Heroin

The breakthrough treatment of Suboxone for opiate addiction prevents the possibility of overdose as with the case of methodone use for heroin addiction. The sublingual tablet when given at the appropriate time in withdrawal pulls the addict out ot the physical agony and blocks the opiate receptors from receiving an overdose of heroin or methadone.

If Anna Nicole Smith was on a methadone program, her death might have been prevented by a Suboxone detox program.
